Crystal Healing

Each crystal vibrates with its own healing frequency, depending on its unique structure, and connection to earth energies. Crystals help to dispel negative and unwanted energies from our aura, and aid in healing. They also help to clear energetic blockages, which can eventually lead to illness. Crystals can be charged with intent, to help with certain ailments - whether that’s a physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual issue. This healing modality can also help to clear any energetic cords that you may have attached to other people or objects, that are no longer serving you.

Sound Healing

When certain vibrations travel through the body, they promote circulation, energy flow, and rejuvenation.

Sound can be used for all kinds of emotional and physical health problems.

I may incorporate crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, drumming, crystal bells / triangles, and tuning forks into my routine. The gentle vibrations from these instruments create deep relaxation and balance for the body, mind and spirit.

Energy Healing / Reiki

Holy Fire Reiki

Holy Fire Reiki is a beautiful, gentle-yet-powerful form of energy healing that builds on traditional Reiki. Introduced around 2014.

The word “holy” here means “whole” and “complete”. This high-vibrational energy focuses on creating wholeness through purification, deep healing, empowerment, and loving guidance.

Usui Reiki

Usui Reiki is an energy healing technique which was rediscovered by a Japanese Dr, called Mikao Usui. It’s used for stress reduction and relaxation.

It’s the most commonly practiced form of reiki, but is not as powerful as the newer healing frequencies available to us at this time.

We all have life force energy or Qi, that constantly flows throughout our body, but this energy can stagnate or become blocked in certain areas, where there has been physical injury or emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Reiki helps remove these blockages, in a similar way to acupuncture.

Please note that each reiki treatment builds upon the last and its not a quick fix.
